Deep-steamed, young, silky leaves. In the cup a thick, green liquid. The fine, steamed leaves dissolve partly in the liquid by which you can consume more of the tea’s nutrients. Refreshing, mild, sweet taste, some umami and lightly buttery flavour with long aftertaste.
