Shincha Okumidori First Flush 2026 - Kirishima

First flush, single cultivar (Okumidori), hand-picked, single cultivar (Okumidori), single origin. Top quality sencha of the very first spring harvest from the volcanic mountains in Kirishima, Kyushu. Beautiful, fragrant, fine and silky deep green leaves. In the cup a green liquid. Kabuse (shaded). Sweet, round taste, lots of umami. Pure taste of spring.

Water temperature: 60°C. Use 3-4 g per small cup. 1-2 min. Second infusion max 10 sec at hotter water temperature.
