An elegant first flush tamaryokucha made of single cultivar Tsuyuhikari from farmer Ohyama in Sonogi, Nagasaki prefecture, Kyushu. Tamaryokucha is a traditional tea from Kyushu. The leaves get less pressure in the rolling process, which gives them a bit curly appearance. TSUYU is very rich in umami, sometimes even visible as white powdery flakes. Deep, multi-layered very rich taste, fruity aroma.
Also great as cold brew (iced) tea.
