Tamaryokucha Kiri - Ōyama, Sonogi

A blend of first flush Saemidori and Tsuyuhikari from Ōyama in Sonogi. Rolled with less pressure than sencha, so the leaf keeps its curl.

Sweet and rich, full of umami, sometimes visible as small white flakes on the leaf. Kiri means fog, after the morning mist that sits over the garden in the mountains.
