A ready-made mix of sugar, matcha and vanilla flavouring, blended in the Netherlands. Stir a heaped teaspoon into 100 ml of hot or cold milk, or into oat, soy or almond milk.
Sweet, smooth and easy, and it foams well with a milk frother or in a blender. Over ice it makes a good iced latte.
This is a drink rather than a tea to sit down with. If you want to whisk matcha on its own, take a ceremonial grade.
