An elegant first flush tamaryokucha made of single cultivar Tsuyuhikari from the Forthees tea farmers in Sonogi, Nagasaki Prefecture, Kyushu. These four Sonogi farmers have joined hands to optimize the production and to promote their teas together.
Tamaryokucha is a traditional tea from Kyushu. The leaves get less pressure in the rolling process, which gives them a bit curly appearance. TSUYU is very rich in umami, sometimes even visible as white powdery flakes. Deep, multi-layered very rich taste, fruity aroma.
Also great as cold brew (iced) tea.
