A high grade, single garden, single cultivar organic gyokuro made of cultivar Saemidori from tea master Sakamoto in the mountainous region of Kagoshima (Kyushu).
Use about 30 ml water of 40°C and 3-4 gram per person in a small teapot or hōhin. Infuse for 1-2 minutes. Strong umami in the first infusion, sweetness in the second. Second infusion: water of 50°C, 1 min infusion time.
