A very special organic gyokuro made of cultivars Asanoka and Harumoegi by farmer Nomoto. Rich in L-theanine (sweetness and calming effect). A mild gyokuro with a very pleasant sweetness and freshness, and a wonderful aftertaste.
Use about 30 ml water of 40°C and 3-4 gram per person in a small teapot or hōhin. Infuse for 1-2 minutes. Strong umami in the first infusion, sweetness in the second. Second infusion: water of 50°C, 1 min infusion time.
